Find a Physician or Hospital in the USA
Your IEES group policy allows you to visit the physician or hospital of your choice. Unlike many other plans, you are not financially penalized if you do not seek treatment at a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) member doctor or hospital. However, if you would like a referral, please look at your insurance identification card. Your card should have the Hygeia/First Health logo displayed. Hygeia/First Health acts as a "Silent PPO".
Please do the following to find a medical provider:
- Go to Hygeia's Medical Provider Search Tool page
- Select either "Search for Facility" or "Search for Practitioner"
- Enter your search criteria
Once you have chosen a physician(s), call to make an appointment and tell them you have a policy which participates with Hygeia/First Health (the Hygeia/First Health logo is on your card). Hygeia/First Health practitioners and facilities should bill IEES direct for services, although they may ask you to pay your policy deductible if applicable.
